I liked that there was an enclosed jacuzzi since the weather was not particularly warm. The breakfast in the dining room was nice and the staff was friendly.

The proximity to the Ontario Mills Mall, the freeway, and local events made it a convenient location. The staff was exceptional in being accommodating. I received help with luggage and paperwork several times during my stay. The fitness area, pool and breakfast area were clean and well run. Staff readily cleaned and refilled necessary items. I had forgotten a very important journal in the lounge at checkout. They saved it for me until I was able to pick it up. I really appreciated that!

The facility was great, the location.next to the harbor, accessible by a very quick drive or a 20-minute walk. We didn't have a view of the harbor, but the view to the patio and the Ventura hills was also great. I LOVED the little patio area! Very peaceful. Everything was also very clean. And the enclosed jacuzzi was a great plus, perfect for the breezy harbor area.

Facility was clean and quiet. Our room was viewing the harbor, but we really need something that's quiet, and this property met that. Everybody was happy.

Staff was incredible. Short on housekeeping crew but they tried to accommodate as needed. Undergoing remodeling in rooms. Even work crews were nice and cleaned up each evening. Perfect location.

loved the room by the corner of the building, on the top floor, that i got. It had a private like balcony with a table that sits four. also, from this extra large corner balcony, it had a beautiful view of the marina and another two lounge chairs and side table.

the grounds was really nice. Nice to walk around. Location was decent, could walk aroung the harbor. Nice to have a balcony and slider door. Staff were friendly and very nice. Everything was very clean.

The pool was clean and warm. They replaced the towels in our room after our afternoon washing up with zero push back.There was fresh water in the lobby. The breakfast in the dining room had a nice variety of food. The parking was easy.

Very quiet. Comfortable beds. Spacious room. Delightful sunny balcony with harbor view.
